The Women’s Therapeutic Retreats I offer are a safe place for processing trauma, clarifying life intentions, and taking an deep look at relationships, goals, and anything holding us back from living our truth. Each retreat is created with intentionally intimate settings, therefore limited space is available. Customized intention and content are cultivated for attendees to have ample space for personal and group therapy as well as solitude and connection.
